In this episode, we talked about the importance of being intentional with our actions. When we do things intentionally, we are more likely to succeed.
I also shared the three variables that determine our intentionality. This is according to Professor Icek Ajzen in his Theory of Planned Behavior.
These are personal attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. When you focus on improving these three variables, then our intentions increase, which motivates us to achieve the goal.

The Theory of Planned Behavior by social psychologist and professor, Icek Ajzen, proposes that an individual’s decision to engage in a specific behavior can be predicated by their intention to engage in that behavior. In other words, “Kung ayaw, may dahilan. Kung gusto palaging merong paraan.”
