Using money to find a temporary quick fix and failing to address the real problem, that’s a mistake that I’ve also made before. (7:04)

I can spend thousands of pesos on gym memberships, and even buy the best shoes and exercise equipment — but all of those will just be a waste of money if I don’t deal with the real issue here, which is I didn’t consider my health a priority. (8:34)
