Step 1
First of all, you need to find a reliable supplier of water refilling machines. Make sure to get their price list so that you can compare them for the best option.

Also, you can ask for feasibility studies they’ve conducted to determine the total cost needed in putting up your own water refilling station. At present, water refilling station business franchise fees range between 80,000 to 350,000 pesos.

Step 2
Negotiate with suppliers or franchisers. Have the courage to ask for special discounts and make sure to understand the after-sales agreements including warranty and maintenance.

Step 3
After getting your equipment, find a good location to put up your water refilling business. Usually, the required total area is 20 to 25 square meters.

Go to your local DTI branch to process your business permit application. Bring your barangay clearance, residence certificate, and other required documents.

Also, prepare 5 to 10 business names to ensure you’ll be processed in one day.

Step 8
When you successfully processed your business registration, the next step is to visit the municipal office for your Mayor’s permit. Usually, this process will take two to three weeks.

Bring your physical, bacteriological, and chemical test as well as the electrical and building plan.

Step 9
Now, you need to process another document at the Bureau of Internal Revenue. Fill up the Form 0506 that will be given to you and pay the amount asked. Keep printed receipts for future reference.

Step 10
So you have settled your permits. Now you need to focus on your supplies such as sanitizer soap, heat gun, water containers, and other necessary items. It’s also important to secure your signage and stickers for your brand.

Step 11
If your water refilling station is completely ready, you can contact your supplier to install the equipment. Installation can be done in one to two days.

Step 12
Dry run your machines to ensure they are working properly before you finally open your water station. In addition, secure your water sample and let the local DOH staff to test your product prior to selling them.

Step 13
Once you get good result for the water analysis, you are now an official water refill-er in your area. But in case you fail the test, let your supplier check the equipment again and identify the problem.

Like in our house we have a water softener that uses salt to soften the water followed by 3 stage whole house water filter and under our sink where we get our drinking water we have a 11-stage RO system which includes a alkaline filter and a Ultraviolet light that kills bacteria and germs. The results are great, it is tested by a health department in which it gets a nice pH level of 8.8 and have the minerals our body need and also it still taste great and not bitter at all and so we wanted to offer the public the same and so the reason of why i am looking for such equipment supplier that offers those.
