It was 2010 when I first attended the Money Summit and Wealth Expo.
The event was small and simple back then, but I truly enjoyed my time during that weekend.
My schedule didn’t allow me to attend in 2011, but this year – for the Money Summit and Wealth Expo 2012 – I’m making sure that I will be there.
Well, I actually have to be… because I have been invited as one of the speakers for the expo!
Yup, that’s right. I will be talking about Investing 101 during the first day of the Wealth Expo and I hope you can join me and listen as I talk about investing for beginners.
Moreover, happening along with the Wealth Expo is the Money Summit Conference, which is the “heart of the event”. This is where you’ll learn from the best business, investment and financial experts in the country.
One of them is my forex mentor, Mark So, who will be talking about “Carry Trading in Forex”. What’s that? Well you need to attend to find out. 😛

Money Summit and Wealth Expo Manila 2012
When: July 20-21, 2012 | 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (Friday and Saturday)
Where: SMX Convention Center, Pasay City
This is actually a two-in-one event:
I. WEALTH EXPO
This event is where I will be speaking. My schedule is on July 20 at 10:00 am.
The entrance fee for the expo is P100 for walk-ins visitors. But if you pre-register now, you can get in for FREE. How great is that?!

II. MONEY SUMMIT CONFERENCE
This event is where I will be “hanging out” as an attendee after my talk at the expo.
Currently, the pre-registration fee is P4,497 (only until July 13), while the regular and walk-in visitor fee is P5,497.
Too expensive? Well, it’s okay… you can just choose to stay inside the expo area and listen to the speakers there.
Aside from that, you can go around and talk to the 30 exhibitors in the area who will be showing you and offering various investment opportunities.
So no need to pay and attend the conference, right? Well, yes and no. 😀
“YES”, because I’m sure the expo itself will be a great learning experience for you already. And “NO”, because I believe there will be better opportunities inside the conference.
Why?
Let me tell you about my experience during the Money Summit and Wealth Expo 2010. The regular fee back then is almost the same as this year, around P5,500.
I attended that one and in the past two years alone, I’ve been able to earn around P200,000 because of it – that’s an incredible 3,600% return of investment!
How did that happen?
People who usually attend the conference are individuals who I believe are ready to invest and create a business. That year, I networked myself and actually met someone who is at present, a trusted business partner who’s making lots of money for me. Hehe. 😛
Moreover, that was also the time when I first met eBay power seller Ms. Eireen Diokno-Bernardo and forex guru Mr. Mark So. Two people who have helped me personally make money online.
Ms. Eireen, provided me with ecommerce knowledge that eventually led to the birth of my online store, Blogger Shirts; and Mark, who taught me everything I know about forex trading, is now one of my stable sources of income.

sino po ba pwede mag explain sakin d2 about sa inflation rate sa pina? correct me if im wrong ha.. as i have understand, for example pag nag deposit ka nang 1000 tapos yung interest na binigay ng bank is only 2%, tapos lets say ang inflation rate ay nasa 3% ngayon, does it means na yung 1000 na deposit ko ay liliit dahil mas malaki ang inflation rate compared sa interest rate na binigay ng bank? tama ba ang iterpretation ko?? please help..

I was able to attend the first one and learned a lot more in investing in the stock market and mutual funds, as well as undergoing mentorship for a real estate business. The energy is amazing and will keep you alert the whole time. Lots of different people too (starting up, rushing to the top, enjoying the glide down the hill). Definitely a must see event. Made me start sharing (more intensely) financial lessons/anecdotes with my friends and family.

I have been reading your blog since last year. I am attending the conference as well but I feel that I might get a little bit overwhelmed with the information there. I checked thru the free talks (investing 101, pooled funds 101) I think I am more suitable there but at the same time, I don’t want to miss the opportunity to learn more on the paid conference.
