It is a dream for many Filipinos to buy their own house and lot. In my observation, it is usually the top financial goal for newly married couples.
If you’re currently looking for an affordable house and lot, then you should definitely consider buying your home from BellaVita.
BellaVita Land Corp. is a subsidiary of Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) that offers quality homes in the country’s social enterprise communities.
The house designs and village features of BellaVita communities allow residents to enjoy a comfortable living experience at very affordable prices.
Aside from the usual village amenities such as basketball courts, club house, and playground, BellaVita communities offer their homeowners opportunities to earn through livelihood programs.
