My New Home

Updated: April 5, 2015

Finally after several days of spending hours in front of the computer and putting a stop in my social life, I’m done transferring my blog to a new domain and host. W00t!

First of all, I would like to thank Greg and Ambo for all the big help. I really appreciate the time you gave and the generosity in teaching me how to migrate and setup my site in WordPress. I’m looking forward to returning the favor someday.

Likewise, shoutouts go to Marcus for the great site review he gave me. To Noemi for the prize and the technical support she gave through email. And ProGobbler for being my first Project Wonderful advertiser and the valuable moral support.

Lastly, to all my visitors, readers and subscribers for being patient during the past few days. I still have some tasks left such as reformatting the layout of several posts and tweaking some of my blog’s settings but don’t worry, I will start writing new posts so that we could continue our learning.

The old domain, readytoberich.blogspot.com (which turned PR2 yesterday… wah!) is now being redirected to this site. I would like to request those who linked me in their posts or blogrolls to kindly edit your entries if possible so that your visitors won’t get lost. Thank you and I really appreciate your efforts for doing this.

That’s it for now and enjoy your stay in my new home. Be good and God bless!

  1. I am so proud of you. YOU DID IT. I knew you would. Much as I wanted to help, I am so loaded with work. Anyway, congrats. Having a hosted domain is better for you in the long run.

  2. Way to go Fitz! I love your new home. You are very well on your way ! I guess, in this situation – – “Build it and they will come!”

    CONGRATS!

  3. Thanks Victor, I was lucky to get the domain and hosting for free because I won Noemi’s Love Struck Contest.

You can ask her for quotations regarding your concern. It’s not expensive at all actually, that’s why so many Pinoy bloggers own one or more websites nowadays.

  7. Thanks issa, I understand how you feel, the old layout was just two columns while this one has three, that’s why it looks “busy”.

This blog is a work in progress, so don’t worry, there will definitely be more improvements in terms of layout and content.

I have been really busy transferring everything that I put your site review on hold for awhile. But I’m almost done now and will slowly implement your suggestions here. I’ll also be sending you an email regarding my thoughts on the review. Thanks and best regards.

  9. hi fitz,
my friend has a blog site who receives over 1,000 vists a day as shown in its counter, because he is offering helpful advises and there are a lot of people including me who have been helped by him without asking in return, he just want to help a street children foundation, how can he earn from his blogsite.
    hope to hear from you.
    thanks
