    You can check with your barangay of the different livelihood programs being offered for free. I have conducted training for OCVAS in Bolbok, Batangas City. The training I have conducted in Vigan City was also offered free to their constituents. I was being offered to conduct training in Taytay and I was told it will free to their kabarangay.
