All information provided by Kontera.comI have been swamped with work for the past few years that I rarely have time to watch television anymore. Nevertheless, I don’t really regret missing my favorite TV shows and do you know why? It’s because the “work” that I’m busy with are actually things that I love doing. I remember reading somewhere: Find a job that you like and you’ll never have to work a day in your life. If you know who said that, please tell me so that I could send him a thank you note for being one of the reasons why I’m enjoying my life now.
Anyway, I’m doing my usual bloghopping (is this my new television?) when I stumbled upon Marcus’ recent SundayTV about the secrets of successful people. It features Richard St. John, a self-described average guy who found success in doing what he love. The video below, which is taken from one of his talks during TED: Technology - Entertainment - Design. It is a yearly gathering of the greatest thinkers and doers of our time. TED’s website contains dozens of inspirational and motivational talks so I suggest that you visit it often.
Anyway, to give you a sample of what TED offers, below is the three-minute talk of Richard St. John as he tells his audience the things that lead people to success.

I found TED a couple of months ago through the recommendation of a friend who’s a frequent watcher of their videos. I’m now slowly becoming a big fan of TED and I plan to feature more of them here.
