Competition keeps you on your toes! I've had several experiences wherein a competitor bad mouths my shop to get ahead. The 1st time this happened, I got furious and wanted to do the same. But I realized it's a waste of time. Instead, I took it as a challenge and improved the quality of service I was giving my customers. In the end, those shops closed. Hooray! Amen to this Fitz! Competition keeps you on your toes!
