Do you download and use free software on the internet? If not, then I suggest that you do because there are a lot of free, top quality software programs available out there that can serve as good alternatives to commercial and licensed applications.

Contrary to popular belief, these free software programs are not weaker versions with limited capabilities of their expensive counterparts.

Most of them are actually developed by experts and highly skilled programmers whose intention is to really provide useful and competitive freeware applications.

Using pirated serials, activation keys and cracks can be dangerous for your computer. They can corrupt your system and affect the performance of your hardware. So instead of downloading or buying illegal software versions and licenses, just search the internet for free full feature applications that can deliver and fulfill your computing requirements.

A few things to remember though before you download a free software. Search for online reviews first to find out if it’s really a good application. Second, make sure that the software has features that fulfill your requirements. And third, download only from the developer’s website or from those recommended on the software’s homepage.

I just go to http://www.filehippo.com/ They have categories there for browsers, for audio/video, drivers, etc… They also list the popular downloads, and they also have an update checker to scan your PC if there are available updates to your downloaded software.
