One of the things I'm learning is it's OK to have weaknesses and that I don't have to learn to do everything myself in my little business. I say take advantage of what you're good at and what you enjoy doing by doing it... and outsource the rest. :) I used to think I was just being lazy when I thought like that, but honestly I've found it a lot more efficient! In my job right now, even though I am well-compensated, I want to shift job and I am eyeing this financial advisory firm. Sometimes, money, in this case in the form of salary is not that important anymore. What is more important is that you have some fulfillment and happiness within yourself.
