I’d like to take this opportunity to inform my readers and visitors of the following contests, parties and events that are currently happening in the blogging community.

First, the 4th Philippine Blogging Summit will be held on April 26, 2008 from 9am to 5pm at the Malcolm Theater, College of Law, in UP Diliman, Quezon City. The program highlights the basic concepts of blogging and its different forms and perspectives. If you’re too lazy to go out, then you might just consider participating in The Blog Awards Challenge. This is a competition that combine literary skills, interactivity and peer polling. It is a bi-weekly theme-based writing event for everyone in the blogosphere. The current theme of the challenge is about the reasons why we blog.
