I just came back from a road trip vacation in Ilocos, thus explains the absence of posts here for the past few days.

Nevertheless, I’m now back in Manila and will be writing regularly again.

I have a lot of new articles in store for you so better not miss them and subscribe if you haven’t yet done so already.

Just to give you an idea of what to expect – last week, I attended a talk about mutual funds at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business. The event was sponsored by the Mutual Fund Management Company of the Philippines.

That night, I learned all about mutual funds, how and why you should invest on it, it’s advantages and disadvantages and a lot of other lessons about investing. Of course, I’ll be sharing with you everything I learned that night here soon.

Furthermore, I’ll also be writing a mega-post about my Ilocos vacation. I’ve always wanted to write tips on how to save money while on vacation and I thought this would be a great opportunity to do so.

I’ll share with you the places I was able to see and at the same time, give you some frugal vacation tips. So if you’re planning to go to Vigan, Laoag, Pagudpud and other tourist destinations in the Ilocos Region, then maybe you’ll be able to pick up a few pointers on how to make it both fun and affordable.
