    maintaining a “to do list” will keep your day productive, reminding you every minute that there is that piece of paper that needs to be tended to. It’s like having your wife on snooze then after every 10 minutes the alarm will go off again. just finish that list already and you will have peace.

    wake up 2-3hrs early so that your mind and body will be prepared and energized for the days work. Reading and exercising will definitely give you a booze of enthusiasm to face the day ahead. don’t forget your healthy breakfast after.

    listening to audiobooks on your way to work, while driving or commuting is equal to reading 40+ books or being in a university for phd in a year. music is bubble gum to your ears. i heard that somewhere from someone.

    junk food and television (its an addiction. im sorry, im gonna cry)

    write down your biggest goal for this year and 20 ways how can you achieve it.It is better to put it up where you can see it all the time or read it before you sleep. writing something has a big impact on someone’s psyche, (I really don’t know why), its like legally binding or something.

    life-long education and improvement will definitely help you to develop new skills to be ready in this new world. resource should not a be a problem, its how resourceful you are.( I also heard that from someone)

    And stop checking out other people’s agendas! start taking control of your lives. =p

    -Socializing? if it is my score would be 9. 🙂

    I scored 8 here… I don’t like listening to audiobooks, so instead I listen to podcasts, and I really need to exercise more often.

    @Mr. Fifi
    I gave up watching television and replaced it with TV series DVD marathons during stay-at-home vacations.

    I know it sucks to not be updated with what’s happening on TV, especially when your friends and colleagues constantly talk about the latest series – so I just learned to manage my “fear of missing out” and told myself I’m doing something productive anyway during those times where I would have been watching TV.

    @Finn
    I think networking here refers to meeting new people outside your usual circle of friends.

    I don’t listen to audiobooks but podcast (freakonomics/ted/vcf).
    I don’t exercise aerobically but I do workout in the gym 3-4x a week.
    I don’t wake up 3 hours before work but make sure 6-8 hours of sleep
    My score – 7/10

    # not listening to audiobooks while commuting, but i do read books or ebooks esp. during traffic
    # not exercising aerobically, but i do briskwalking every single day.

    ‘gotta maintain the 8.

  9. Rafael John says:

    Audiobooks are the best for me. I usually buy the physical book, but if I’m on the go, I’d bring the audiobook version of it 🙂
    My commutes have never been so meaningful haha
